People reach out for many reasons.
Here are some examples: Leadership Team off-sites, kick-offs to strategic planning, partnership relationship development/collaboration, marketing team meetings, lunch & learns, team building, leadership training, improving team dynamics, personal branding, improving ways of working, goal setting development and implementation, and personal leadership “vision” work. We have a continuous business in executive & leadership coaching at all levels – but primarily middle management to senior leaders. We currently are active doing group, paired and individual coaching.

We customize our programs to your specific needs and provide investment options based on agreed to objectives and desired outcomes. We’d be happy discuss objectives with you and formulate a plan to deliver within your investment realities. We do offer attractive options/packages, volume benefits, and hourly rate reductions for long term partnership commitments.
What types of problems can you help us solve?
We are prepared to tackle many workplace challenges. We find ourselves engaged in one-on-one coaching, team dynamics, strategic planning, culture creation & engagement, personal branding, values-based leadership development, new leader assimilation and transformation of workplace culture.
What venues do you utilize for your programs?
We generally “come to you”. We do many of our modules in office board rooms, agency space, rental space or off-site facilities at hotels or conference centers. We really like being “in your setting” so try to do as much as we can within your own working environment. We also have created some “self-directed” tools for those who are interested in that type of learning system. Our preference, expertise and passion are to be face-to-face as much as possible.
Do you do any public speaking or write articles?
