Unleash Leadership Aspirations

Individual or group modules to uncover personal leadership style, create a leadership vision, and craft an inpiring activation plan. This module includes an individual values assessment and elements of personal branding if requested.

Unleash Culture & Engagement

Values based culture assessment of your leadership team, cross functional teams, or entire organizational units complete with insight, action and coaching. (Utilizing Barrett Values Centre Assessment Tools)

Unleash Your Triggers

Why are we emotionally triggered by certain people, certain situations, or unwanted feedback? What behaviours do you want/need to change? How can you become creative vs. reactive in your response to these triggers? How can you shift your mindset away from fear and towards growth? 

Unleash Your Vitality

A module that allows you to become aware of, and develop a 30-60-90 day plan to improve your personal vitality. The outcome is a stronger stage to stand on so you can bring your unique & authentic self to all you do. This can be a group session or conducted individually as part of  the Unleash Me coaching program. 

Unleash Strategic Focus (Goal Setting)

With a clear strategic plan in place, this module facilitates all levels within an organization to define, align, cascade, monitor, and measure both team & individual performance against annual business, development, and culture goals. It also provides tools for ongoing/frequent performance management discussions.

Unleash Your Personal Brand

The focus of this engaging module is to guide each participant to uncover his/her brand equities, brand cues, and overall brand vision – using the fundamental principles of marketing. At its core, is the leader’s personal values, authentic self and aspirational vision for the future. There is theory, exercises and inspiration. The leader will  apply it, crave it and leverage it for both business and personal growth. The ultimate goal of the this session is for each leader to take the first step in designing her personal brand in an authentic and inspirational way.
